Dr. Michael Patrick Byrne, MD

I just found out My favorite Dr. ever retired He was the most caring Dr. I have ever dealt with He really cared about Me as a patient and always took time to sit and explain things with me always so nice and caring I hate that He isn't there any more Dr. Byrne I will and do miss You thanks From the bottom of My Heart for all You did for Me.May You enjoy Yourself in Retirement Days.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any dr. office. I was told conflicting views about my leg. The office staff was smart with me from the start and would never pass on any messages to the dr. I was forced to have my ultrasound in their office and the nurse that did it was not so nice and told me that the spot on my leg was not a varicose vein hardening it was phlebitis, even tho the dr. said the other. I had to ask then if it showed reflux and she said yes and he would write a letter to the ins requesting surgery. I was told many times it would be up to 3 months for the ins to approve surgery. After 2 months I called the ins and found out they had not been billed or received a letter about surgery, no wonder it takes 3 months if they don't send any paperwork for the first 2 months. What if someone can't wait or is in extreme pain? They didn't seem to care. I got fed up and told them I wanted to see the dr and get my records. My records were messed up and showed… me as asian which I am not. And the dr. said the vein was closing itself off and would not really need surgery anyway, I asked about the ultrasound and he said it showed a blood clot in it but not one that would break off. So it was a total waste of money , time, pain and frustration. Also when I later requested a copy of my ultrasound cause my leg still need something done now 6 months later I was told there is no copy the machine did not make copies.

Dr. Byrne is a very compassionate, easy going, friendly doctor. He made my mother-in-law and myself very comfortable. I love the time and patients that he took with us asking and answering questions. I highly recommend Dr. Byrne.

This is a very caring doctor. My doctor recommended this surgeon. I have always respected my doctor's opinion. I can not say one thing or think of one thing wrong with Dr. Byrne. I enjoyed my experience with this doctor. Thank You,
