Dr. Michael Cannon

Before seeing Doctor Cannon my depression was getting the best of me. I had bad psychiatrist after bad psychiatrist one even accusing me of not wanting to get better. I had almost given up on life and my family encouraged me to go to Doctor Cannon because of all the good things they'd heard about him. Boy am I glad I did. He is the nicest man I've ever met. He listened to my problems and expressed a level of care I'm not used to experiencing anywhere - let alone a doctor's office. He walked through all the options with me and even wrote me a little flowchart so I wouldn't get confused about my medication switches. He also makes himself available to you whenever you need him. On thanksgiving this year I left him a voicemail because I had let myself run out of my medication and he called me back 30 minutes later and told me he would fill it right then and stayed on the phone with me for another 30 minutes asking how I was doing! On a holiday! He is also very knowledgeable about most… every medication available and is not afraid to change your prescriptions if something isn't working. He listens to what you are saying and trusts you like a person instead of a paycheck. I could go on and on - but really if you are having difficulty finding a good psychiatrist like I was he is my number 1 reccomendation!
