Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dental office in North San Diego County.  Our office has an efficient scheduling team that will assist you in any questions you have.  If you would like to schedule an appointment please call our office at (760) 747 2616.  In addition to our two dentists we have four hygienists to choose from for your dental cleaning.  If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.  We request that you notify our office 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Carlson Family Dental does not participate as an HMO or PPO network …provider; however, we accept PPO insurance as an out-of-network provider. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
