Front desk staff is terrible at Chum's. I have left messages for 3 days asking if someone could please call me back to let me know if labs had been ordered for me as I have an appointment on Friday. There is no point in this visit without labs prior to. Seems like a pretty simple request . The only communication has been automated appointment confirmation. I was ready to stop going to this practice after the extremely poor care that I received from Debra Swoverland. I had very scary lab results and she never contacted me. I just had a previously scheduled appointment several months later. I took time off from work only to be told that she was not in the office that day "sorry not sure why you didn't get a call". I have been seeing Britney since then. Like her, but the supporting staff is lacking a lot. I have been working in health care for many years. This is something that would not be tolerated and I would never stay with a practice where the patients don't come first. I am… hoping that I can find a new PCP. I have been told that it's difficult in TC right now.

Made to feel inferior. Doesn't want to take the time with you. P.A. under him doesn't care to schedule you for follow ups nor review previous tests and get back with you. Reduces medication without seeing you or doing a checkup first! Dangerous!
