Dr. Michael Albert Casillas, MD

Office Staff at Wurzbach location are very rude and unprofessional and they did not properly explain billing expectations prior to appointment date.

We went in for consult-very knowledgeable.

The only reason I went to Dr. casillas was because my dentist referred me to him for wisdom teeth extraction. My first impression of this office was great due to the cleanliness, staff was a little unorganized and not really welcoming for me being a new patient. The doctor was nice by bringing me a blanket before the surgery, I did not like that he didn't see how I was after the surgery, but I guess that's not really a requirement. I did go in for a follow up for having unbearable pain, and swollen gum which you could see through the outside of my cheek. When I was going over my issues he didn't seem concerned by cutting me off halfway through my sentences saying that everything was normal. Until I made him feel the lump from the outside of my cheek, then he just prescribed me antibiotics. We'll see how that works...one more thing I didn't like was that he told me I could eat whatever I wanted after, and I did. That's probably why I ended up getting an infection! Overall the office and… Dr. Casillas were nice, I personally would like to see more organization and a more welcoming staff (especially for new patients).
