Dr. Michael Yushun Chang, DO

My 92-year old father was sent to the ER three times within ten days. EACH TIME I called Chang’s office to get HIM or RICHARD, the P.A., to return my call about my father’s emergency. The third ER visit, I called twice stating it was a STAT emergency call and to return my call ASAP. **NOTHING!!** This was after being told by Dr. Chang during my father’s first, new patient visit to Chang’s office that he ALWAYS returns phone calls right away and definitely by the end of the day. LIE!!!! My father was 92 and a diabetic. Chang and Richard knew the situation every time and IGNORED ME COMPLETELY - each of the 3 ER admissions. My father was admitted to the hospital each of three times. Even with my dad’s hospital admissions there was ZERO communication made to me. This MEDICAL PRACTICE is a DISGRACE. My actions also do NOT end with this this review. My father passed away in the hospital during the third admission within 10 days.

Dr. Chang has been my PCP for over 15 years now. I would not know where to find someone like him if or when I move somewhere else. He is highly recommendable. He cares about his patients, very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional.

I have been going to Dr. Chang for over 13 years and he is the most amazing doctor I have ever had. I hope I never need to find a new doctor I will Follow him wherever he goes.

I was in a car accident in 1997, I wasn't supposed to live. Dr. Chang worked on me through the night. Saved my life, if it wasn't for him I would not be here today. I owe him and the team and Baptist hospital my life literally.

Best family doctor in the Houston and Conroe areas. Competent, courteous, and compassionate ! Excellent Doctor overall.

My husband & I were looking for a doctor at the time of change of insurance. Dr. Chang is a jewel, very thorough, takes his time with you explains what medicine will work with your medicines He follows up & checks up. He will direct you to the right specialist.

Dr. Chang seemed great but I will be finding another Dr. The staff members I dealt with were rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Chang is a wonderful Dr. He spends time with his patients and is through with a great bedside manner. But his staff is incredible terrible. If you are expecting politness, promptness, efficiency from his staff you will be disappointed.

Myself and several members of my family, as well as friends to Dr. Chang. He quickly diagnoses what is wrong or can point you in the right direction. He really cares about getting you well and really fixing a problem rather than just a bandage to the problem. He takes people, even without appointments. Just come on in at 9am and he'll work you in.
