I was promised a call back 2 days after my appointment . That was 3 months ago!

Doctor didnt right in my chart the necessary information I gave him in my post OP to get me covered for paid leave. Told them I still had pain and he never transferred the pain level or info to the file the insurer receives. Never about the patient still having pain. Total lack of compassion for the patient and their health. Long waits in the waiting area to be seen. All around disappointment.

Never return calls won’t give chart back to find new dr. No communication skills,even when you are in pain

Took me six weeks to get scheduled for a surgery never seen the doctor personally called the office staff five times and never received one call back in six weeks and the last day they canceled my surgery this is the poorest excuse for a doctors office I have ever dealt with

I was very impressed w/my surgery and before and after care. I couldn't have had a more professional doctor and one that seemed genuinely to care about his patients.

Best surgeon around!
