Again so kind and professional

Dr Chase was very informative with my condition.

Dr. Chase is hands down the best doctor! I am so impressed by him and the way he is professional yet respected my intellect as well as showing care and compassion is just unmet in the world of medicine!!

I have known my provider for many years and have always gone to him when I felt I might have a gastro issue. He always deals with me as if I am important to him and solving my issue is a priority with him. His personality is professional and kind.

He came highly recommended by my provider and I connected well with him.

Understanding that my physical issue is not a critical issue, I still was not satisfied with the answers I was given. I would not say they were dismissive, but I would say that it was clear to me that the doctor was not being very compassionate for someone who just learned of this non life threatening issue

Extremely knowledgeable, and skilled in ERCP. Very objective and honest. A rare finding in todays health care environment.

"Simple" colonoscopy ended up as a six day hospital stay. Avoid this "doctor" if at all possible.

It is almost impossible to get Lois to answer her phone, none the less return a call. She is very unprofessional and rude. The message she has on her machine sounds ridiculous and unprofessional.This is supposed to be a specialist office. Even when you call the main line the receptionists are very short and rude.

I give 5 stars to Dr. Chase but do wish there was a separate review for the office staff. Phone often goes unanswered. No availability to leave a voicemail. When you FINALLY call and Jupiter aligns with Mars you are granted the opportunity to leave a voicemail. ....no-one returns a message aftet voicemail is left.. Finally went in to office physically to make a appointment the office staff appeared mildly annoyed. I was not able to make a appt.at that time as the designated person is not in. Peace was not guiding the office planet.
