Dr. Michael A. Chavin has been doing pain management for since 1987 and was the first free standing pain management center in Morristown, TN.

Dr. Chavin specializes in spinal injections in the neck and low back regions. Dr. Chavin also has a strong interest with a great deal of experience in the field of spinal cord stimulation for chronic severe low back problems. Dr Chavin is a nut job. I even had the FBI call me because he was billing my insurance 2 yrs after I left.

Dr. Chavin done a excellent and thorough job and was so helpful and gave me a better quality of life.

Dr. Chavin done such a extremely thorough job and was so helpful .He covers everything and has found things other doctors haven’t found or went over with me. Him and his whole staff has been so helpful and kind during this process. The injections he gave me in the neck were spot on and helped the pain so much. I feel like I have a better quality of life thanks to Dr. chavin.

Terrible! I went there on the 22nd ..Dr.Chavin was a complete a**! I went there on the 22nd! I recorded the visit where he accused my parents of molesting me as a child since I’m on klonopin. Then he went into a rage because he is Jewish (which I have nothing against) and my ex husband being from Palestine. So he went off for a little bit about religion then proceeds to tell me I need to go to church. Well today I get a call to come in for a random pill count and UA for tomorrow which I said fine. Well it was all fine until the lady forgot to hang the phone up and I heard everything this doctor was saying about me and the driver I had since I was suppose to get a injection that day. Luckily the lady that called forgot to hang the phone up so I was able to record EVERYTHING this terrible doctor was saying about me! He is very VERY disrespectful and very very RUDE! I will be sending all this to the medical board. No doctor should treat their patients like this! Luckily like I said I… recorded it and there is no way he can deny anything. While the nurse thought she had hung up the phone and me hearing and recording everything I then hung up after they got done talking about me I immediately called back to let them know that I heard everything that was said about me and at first she tried denying it which she couldn’t because I repeated word for word what the doctor had said. Then she kept saying she was sorry to me. Sorry doesn’t fix it! But the medical board will! I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS NUTCASE OF A DOCTOR! He will treat you like a piece of trash!

I'm writing this for a friend of mine. She has been in alot of pain for years she has seen other doctors but nothing helped till she went to see this dr Michael chavin. He is a great doctor and has helped her alot .if I lived there I would go to him he is that good and besides that he believes in God and his staff is amazing will help all they can . So i would highly recommend that you go see him you wont be disappointed. My friend sheila mcghee has been going to him a while and she would not go any other place .he is a great doctor
