Dr. Michael Kaiyan Chen, MD

Dr. Chen has got to be my favorite primary doctor of all time. I have lived in many states/towns and had several doctors all my life and Dr. Chen is the BEST - hands down. He is the most knowledgable, and non-judging doctor who I feel truly cares about not only my physical health but my mental health as well. He always asks how I am doing but then makes that extra step to make sure I'm mentally okay. I really appreciate him and everything he does to make sure I get the best care. I feel comfortable with Dr. Chen, I know I am in a safe, non-judging zone where I can discuss any of my problems. I just wish I could give him more than 5 stars! The people who work here are all so sweet and make you feel welcomed which is really nice for someone like me who dreads going to the doctor. But with Dr. Chen and his staff, I never dread going :)

Dr. Chen is very compassionate and caring. He is also very knowledgeable and careful. He was prompt and responsive to my conditions. Many times he correctly diagnosed and fixed my problems.

Dr. Chen, is a doctor that really listens to what you are saying, he is very courteous and he has a great demenor, and actually cares about his patients. I have nothing negative at all to say about him. Dr. Chen is knowledgeable and very patience. In my opinon the best Doctor I have ever encountered. I trust him with my health needs and his care, judgement and medical advice.

Dr. Chen is such a compassionate, caring physician. We always feel totally at ease with him. He takes time to listen, to advise, to encourage, to pray with us if needed and feel like he treats the total person, not just the immediate need. We are grateful to have found him.

Dr. Chen has been managing my Diabetes since he took over for Dr. Kennedy when he retired in 2009 with good success. I visit his office in Streetsboro 4 times a year for blood work and general well care. These visits are well received on my part as his staff and his self are both polite and professional. I would recommend Dr. Chen to anyone looking for a family Doctor.

I am 99 years old and have been a patient of Dr. Chen for just one year. Left my old doctor due to wait time and service level of her staff. Dr. Chen is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The staff is beyond courteous and professional as well.

He takes the time to discuss all my symptoms and seems genuinely concerned about my problems and how they affect my day to day life. Schedules a follow up appointment to make sure his recommended treatments have truly solved my problems.

My time at this office is probably the best of recent years, when i come for my office visit i am greeted warmly and promptly. The time in the waiting room was very short, probably 3 to 4 minutes. In the exam room, probably another 3 to 4 minutes I had to wait. Dr. Chen greets me with respect and concern for my problems and genuinely concerned for my well being. I would recommend any of my colleagues to be a patient of his.

Dr. Michael Chen is an excellent doctor with a truly compassionate heart. We are blessed to have him caring for us.

personable, listens to you, acknowledges all chief complaints, always has answers for me and spends time with me, , great bedside manner. He treats his patients with respect and not just as a number. I would recommend him
