My surgeon was incredibly skilled and professional — care at the highest level.

I would like to start out by saying that this is the first time I’ve ever publicly reviewed a doctor whether negative or positive. Dr. Ciccotti was demeaning, argumentative, belittling to the point where I left the appointment in tears, because my pain and concerns were not heard or validated. He would not consider my opinions on the matter given my past history and told me just to take ibuprofen. I had a second opinion who was able to actually listen to me and was able to find out that I had a moderate rotator cuff tear as well as large calcium deposits on the tendon creating greater pain. This further proved to me the poor treatment that this doctor gave me. I just hope to make this public so that other people will not use this doctor for their orthopedic needs and receive the same poor treatment I did.

Easily the coolest doctor and staff members I’ve ever had. Super respectable, made my experience way more easier to handle and broke everything down very clearly for me to understand.

Saw the doctor today for the first time. He is a good listener and knows his stuff. It was easy to get an appointment and no wait.
