The worst experience I could have ever had with a doctor. He is completely uncaring and dismissive. He hurt my eye terribly when i had cataract surgery. He lets his horrible nurse perform part of the procedure. After my cataract surgery went wrong he never saw me again. He doesn't see his patients after he performs procedures. I couldn't see for 2 weeks after he performed cataract surgery on me. Run….find a different doctor.

From the beginning Dr Collins made me feel assured and relaxed. The procedure went well and I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes. I see colors with exceptional clarity. Dr Collins and all his staff are extremely professional and courteous.

I made an appointment with Dr. Collins expecting to see him. Was never told I would be seeing an optometrist not ophthalmologist. Then was charged an outrageous refraction fee on top of what my insurance company paid for. I have no objection to paying refraction fee, but I have had yearly eye exams for the past 15 years and NEVER paid this exorbitant fee. Will not be returning.

I come there for my annual exams and the staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient!

I had cataract surgery in Oct 2017. I was seen by Dr. Collins for the consultation and surgery. My goal was clear distance vision. I was told to get the premium lens. My distance vision has been blurry since. At the follow up appts. I never saw Dr. Collins and was told by the 3 different doctors that it would get better. It never has. I wish I had gotten the lens the insurance pays for. The people I have spoken with those lens have had great results. I was billed for a dry eye appt and am currently being billed for a eye exam for glasses. All of my appts were follow up for the cataract surgery.

I wanted to put in a nice word for my technician, Katlyn. I apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly. I found her to be outstanding. First she was personable. No one likes to have a full exam and she made it fun. Second she explained each test, machine and reason for the test. Third, she was competent.

Dr. Johnson is a great opthamol ogist. Explains things to you so you fully understand. Spends time with you.

Assembly line medicine. Not good if a problem results from surgery, as it seems to interfere with his revenue stream.

Dr Collins ,Dr Alexa are the best. very outgoing staff cant ask for better services, they are my angels,my eyes where taking care by Dr Collins,cataracts surgery and glaucoma .i can see everything now.. Thanks to all very highly recommend.
