I didn't actually choose Dr. Conklin. My daughter broke her femur and they called him. I'm not really sure how they chose who showed up on a weekend to help us. But Dr. Conklin fixed my 4 yr old daughter's broken femur. It was at a 45 degree angle when he started. Her swelling was so bad that, though he tried his best, when we went back a week later to check her leg it had shifted to an 11 degree angle. He went back in to the OR with her and took out her pins and repositioned her leg. It has been a little over a year now. She just turned six and besides the small scars where the pins were you can not tell she'd ever broken it. He did a great job lining everything up and making sure her spica cast was just right.

My daughter is ten and Dr Conclin has been her ortho from the begining. He is fantastic! She gets so excited when she has to see him, he talks to her like a friend. Dr. Conklin has performed at least six surgerys on her and the results are always perfect. I would highly recomend him to anyone that is looking for a pediatric orthopedic surgon for their child. He is the best!

My 15 year old daughter started seeing Dr. Conklin when she was 13 months old and is now 15 years old. We have always had the BEST care from Dr. Conklin and his staff. He always has called her by name even if it was few months in between visits. If he saw us anywhere in the hospital he knew who she was. Super, Super Dr. Always cared and took his time with us. I remember calling the office for a ? And I got a call back with my answer from Dr. Conklin himself. Not too many can say they get a call back from the Dr. But that's what you call a SUPER CARING DOCTOR (=

the care from this doctor and his staff is above and beyond, can't say enough. My daughter has been a patient of his since she was 8months old, she is now 16, treats his patients as tho they were his own children, very fine doctor.
