Dr. Michael Cooper

Michael is a Licensed Professional Counselor with multiple years in the mental health field throughout his undergraduate and graduate schooling. He offers an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors while finding ways to create positive change. He believes each client's situation is unique, and should be treated as such. Michael completed his master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Oakland University. He has been afforded the opportunity to develop a comprehensive background in health and wellness coaching, as well as extensive work with depression and anxiety, among many other difficulties. Michael's focus in practice is to tailor the therapy to what best suits the needs of that individual and where they are currently at.
