Dr. Michael Patrick Coppola, MD

I was a patient of Dr Coppola’s in Springfield, Mass. for many years; he first correctly diagnosed my severe sleep apnea and prescribed the BiPap which I have used every night some 15+ years now, with increased pressures along the way. His skill at interpreting sleep study results no doubt has added years to my life and, since he left his Springfield practice, it has been extremely difficult to find another pulmonologist with skills approaching his level. The sleep study industry is fraught with technicians of varying competence and interpretation of results has become an art form! He is the finest at it I have experienced!

I had life threatening asthma and he literally saved my life. He put me on the correct medicines and did a lot of educating. He also referred me to an allergist which also helped. He is very smart and caring. He always said don't consider yourself an asthmatic. You have asthma. Very self empowering!!

Very courtesious, relaxed, don't rush the visit, explain all your questions with clear dialog, Nows well his especiality. I loved my visit to his office.
