If you are looking for a pain doctor i recommend Dr Michael Cosgrove. He is the best pain doctor in North Alabama. Dr. Cosgrove has saved me from lower back pain and hip pain. He is a physician that also cares about his patients by listening. Dr Cosgrove is a great doctor but an even better human being.

Dr Cosgrove is really good at what he does. The injections give me almost instant relief. The only problem I have is in waiting. I have difficulty waiting 3 hours for a procedure. Other than that, the staff are wonderful and all seem to love their job.

He has helped me so much with my pain and weakness problems. I have been going for about 3 years and everyone is always friendly and take great care of me.

Dr Cosgrove is the first person to call for any pain relief. Top notch! Highly recommended and very informative he is of work being done. Been using him for 7 years since I moved to the Tennessee area and has nothing but praise to his work, staff, scheduling and bedside manor. Real relief from my lower lumbar area. Thank you Dr. Cosgrove!

I LOVE Dr Cosgrove and his team! Betsy Briglia has been nothing but wonderful to me. I have been with both of them from Toc to Tenn Valley, so quiet a long time! He is now seeing my husband for his issues as well. I would recommend Dr Cosgrove and Betsy Briglia to anyone, over and over! There were times that I was so low I spirit to due to my pain and they have been there for me and helped me through it all! I consider Dr Cosgrove and Betsy my lifesavers, No. 1 Care team, and my friends! I give them 10 stars all across the board! They are The Best! Kaye Atchley

I have had tremendous relief after having back injections from Dr Cosgrove. I had been recommended for immediate back surgery and came to Dr Cosgrove for consultation. The results have been amazing. I have mobility again and can do many things I enjoy in life particularly work outside and in my yard. Not only Dr Cosgrove’s injections, but Betsy Briglia has provided me outstanding care and support through this process and continue to do so. My thank you to both of them. I am confident they will continue to provide me with tremendous care as I go forward.

Dr Cosgrove and his staff have done an excellent job helping me control my lower back pain. I have had four treatments so far and each one has worked to give me relief.

Everyone who works for Doctor Cosgrove is extremely friendly and professional. The office runs like a well oiled machine. I had my first procedure yesterday and I already feel much better. I highly recommend Dr. Cosgrove and his wonderful staff!

Great bedside manner and starting to zero in on my pain. Still in the “testing mode” but appears promising with an adjustment to facets being addressed. Getting there… with his help.
