Awesome doctor but even better human being, truly he's doing what he was born to do

If you are looking for a pain doctor i recommend Dr Michael Cosgrove. He is the best pain doctor in North Alabama. Dr. Cosgrove has saved me from lower back pain and hip pain. He is a physician that also cares about his patients by listening. Dr Cosgrove is a great doctor but an even better human being.

Dr Cosgrove is really good at what he does. The injections give me almost instant relief. The only problem I have is in waiting. I have difficulty waiting 3 hours for a procedure. Other than that, the staff are wonderful and all seem to love their job.

The best for pain management. Would highly recommend

I have had tremendous relief after having back injections from Dr Cosgrove. I had been recommended for immediate back surgery and came to Dr Cosgrove for consultation. The results have been amazing. I have mobility again and can do many things I enjoy in life particularly work outside and in my yard.
