He didn't even see my son's condition and pretty much rubber stamped a PA's diagnosis which a PCP from the same hospital was shocked to see and expressed that to me.

Was looking for compassionate care. None to happy. Maybe a tactic, but resources provided not remotely helpful in my instance. Hope it helps others.

Sitting in the emergency room with my son who is very sick and weak, might be strep. He was asleep on the guerny when dr Costello came in, he shook him and said “hey, wake up!”. He seemed annoyed that we were even here. Believe me, this kid (21 year old) is sick. He was rough in his very limited exam, and did not offer any comments on what he thought. I had to ask specifically what he was thinking. This man lacks compassion and common courtesy. Maybe he should go into research.

Reminds me of the doc from ER years ago. Good bedside manner and was knowledgeable about my injury (dislocated ankle). Guessing he has a sports background. Felt at-ease with him and the staff.

We took our infant into the ER over choking concerns and Dr. Costello was on duty that night. The wait time was as expected at the ER on the weekend. With that said Dr. Costello was excellent. He introduced himself to our while family, his bed side manner was great, let us know what to expect and ensured several times we were comfortable before leaving. On top of that all of the nursing staff were also excellent that night. :-)

Dr. Costello is an amazing person and a great physician. He's very energetic and is very quick at everything he does but he truly cares about you and will go to the nth degree to help for you. I HIGHLY recommend him! He's the best!
