My left eye was injured in a simple procedure. I had small caterics. I went only with the intention of a simple exam. Now I am having problems with my ey.

... besides, his office is very picky about insurances .

Too bad this doctor specializes in eyes only! All doctors could take lessons from this dedicated, exceptional doctor, especially in their treatment of patients. I've never in my lifetime ( more than 6 decades ) ever met a doctor as compassionate and willing to go the extra mile than Dr.Couris. However, one must have patience for there are times when unexpected circumstances occur and the wait time is more than expected. Absolutely worth it, nonetheless!!

I would certainly choose this doctor again. He was prompt, patient and very caring. I just went to the DMV and had the glasses restriction removed from my driver's license!!

I initially went to Dr. Couris out of convenience because his office is close to me, and I am glad I did. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Couris is a very compassionate doctor, professional and had delightful bed-side mannerisms. He was thorough and took his time carefully explaining things and answering my question. The only negative I have is that I couldnt get an appointment sooner than 3-4 weeks away, but my situation was not urgent. My overall experience was very positive.

Young Dr. with a big ego. Refused to acknowledge to obvious and insisted I undergo a tone of expensive tests and treatments.I fallowed up with two additional opinions his insisted need for testing was unsubstantiated. I sure they are great at basic eye exams I would recommend them for much more.
