Dr. Michael Danto is very knowledgeable, kind and has great bed side manner. I had no problem with extra charges from my Insurance bc this Dr. and his supportive staff made sure to get authorization for everything. called to notify we were running late, not considerate of patient, my 83 year old mom, said we needed to reschedule since we were 30 min late. called to notify at 22 min late put on hold- at 25 min late they said we needed to come in to reschedule since we were 30 min late. At that time we were in front of building, but no consideration given. receptionist needs to care for patients not treat them like dirt. Dr Danto will lose business if this continues. YOU need to look into this.

This doctor is not where you want to go....the office team is dreadful and the doctor spends 5 minutes and the rest is up to his overworked and inefficient team....

Office staff repeatedly blew it on my appointments and insurance. communication was hostile and lazy at the same time.

Seems like a good doctor, but the wait times for both an appointment, and to see the physician once you are in the office (with a scheduled appointment) is excessive.
