I went this office 3 times only to receive unprofessional service from the front desk- they didn't bother to tell me the doctor was behind and I waited 30 minutes to see the doctor. When I finally got to see Dr. Wendland who performed my surgery he didn't bother to resolve me problem. He rushed because he was so behind and did not take time with me. I was asking him personal questions about my kidney stones in the hallway as he was writing, he never looked at me. What a "TERRIBLE" experience I had and my problem was what I call minor, never got resolved. But they sure billed my insurance company and got their undeserved money. I wrote a letter to the doctors at this practice and they didn't even bother to call and apologize and rectify my situation. I will NEVER go back or recommend friends here in Albany!
