Dr. Dean graduated from Baylor Dental School, one of the best in the country, with honors and started a General Dentistry practice in Sherman, Texas in 1975. While practicing in Sherman he continued his education emphasizing his post graduate coursed with Orthodontics and practice management. Dr. Dean has published two books related to dental practice management and office design, and lectured nationally with Success Seminars teaching 1,000's of dentist how to treat their patient with comfort and efficiency.
In 1996, Dr. Dean sold his General Dentistry practice, with 8 employees and 5,000 active patients, and moved to the Hill Country setting up a practice limited to Orthodontics, with a more "laid-back" atmosphere, and his wife, Renae, as his only "Team member".
Renae's background as a surgical nurse for many years, her sensitivity with patients, and her demand for clean and sterile working conditions; makes her a perfect fit to meet the needs of our patients.
