Dr. Michael DeMarco, DO

I saw Dr Demarco for back pain. He was totally disinterested. He looked down to his watch looking at the text. He did not review the films nor the results. The physical exam consist of dorsiflexing and flexing my foot. He did nothing to address the pain. He recommend PT for core exercises. I talked him into giving me a shot. Just once, I would like a doctor to look at films and walk in my shoes and truly care about the agonizing pain that I undergo every day every waking hour. I would avoid this doctor and the practice entirely. Please note Dr Polsky did my hip replacement and he is wonderful: he comes and sits in front of you, maintains eye contact and actually listens. Dr Delmarco could learn something from his colleague.

I called Friday before Memorial Day and was able to get an appointment for Tue, which is already kind of impressive. I showed on time and waited less than 10 minutes to be face-to-face w/ the doctor. Again, impressive. He was easy-going, professional, and friendly. I recommend Dr. DeMarco for anyone who needs to see an orthopaedist.

There was very little wait time (5 min). Listened to my concerns and eased my anxiety during the Nerve test.

Dr DeMarco is an Excellent Dr. He listened to me attentively, answered ALL of my questions and his feedback was completely on point. He took the time to explain the recommendation(s) to help with my health issues. The Staff mirrored Dr DeMarco. The Office Atmosphere was very clean, Professionalism knowledgeable in their area of Work/Tasks assigned. They are friendly and spoked with kindness.

Dr. DeMarco is a professional. As a patient, he was caring and empathetic before during, and after my procedure.

Had a great experience with Dr. Demarco. This was my first EMG and he did a great job explaining the procedure and the results. Would definitely recommend.

We were sent through our Insurance because they were on the Network. After getting the first appointment, they wanted to send us the Bill Directly. They were hoping we would pay it directly without using our insurance. Dealing with their attitude was horrible. The Insurance had a hard time speaking with them too; telling me it was not good communication since they were rude over the telephone. Then, after filling out the paperwork and knowing we had insurance, they wanted to insult us more by saying if we do have insurance, then we won't get the bill. But, the insurance and us had a three way phone conversation and they still wanted to be rude so I am done with all this politics and over outrageous charges we see in the bill. One Shot should not cost close to 400 dollars anyway. New Customers Beware of their Billing Process. They are about the Money and over-charging the insurance to make a buck.

Dr. Camaro at Orthopedics and Associates in Columbia's MD, he might know his trade and be very informative, but his professionalism leaves a bit to be desired. From talking poorly about previous colleagues, to down right insulting people in my profession, then asking if I was one of them. It's true that you don't have to like the person treating your as long as you get good treatment, this is definitely one of those cases.

He has the worst holier then thou attitude, will call you to the carpet over EVERYTHING and forgets he is REPLACABLE!

Was seeing dr daMarco for a worker comp injury. Was seeing him for better than a year. Received about 5-6 shots, the shots didn’t help at all. Had surgery saw him after because i was still having pain The surgeon said i needed a fusion now dr darmarco told me my pain was not real. That I was faking.
