I can say I enjoyed my visit

Initially I liked his bedside manner and liked Dr. Deymen until I had my endoscopy. Inflammation was found and he NEVER CONTACTED ME with biopsy results or treatment plan. I called the office 4x and left 4 messages on My Chart. I finally got results released on MyChart and am currently transferring records to a different doctor. Terrible! I am relying on google and WebMD for treatment info!

Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly by a doctor before. He made inaccurate assumptions about my lifestyle, my eating habits, and my social life. He said my symptoms were due to "working myself up" when I had lab results backing my condition and a doctor recommending me to see a GI for further testing. He said things that are just unacceptable, especially to a good woman, such as blaming my low levels on too much parting, drinking alcohol on an empty stomach, starving myself, and consuming an all-liquid diet to lose weight. Each assumption he made was so far off and you can tell just from looking at me that I am not emaciated. Beyond disgusted and hurt after my consult with Dr. Deymen

Dr. Demyen had such a sense of urgency when it came to removing polyps and treating shingles in my stomach. When I was in excruciating pain he actually returned my phone call on a Saturday and called in new prescriptions. I think he's fantastic!

I will never go there again!

Doctor wants to tell me I have a bad condition. He blew it out of proportion and almost gave me a panic attack. Gave me some sort of post-traumatic stress disorder and really freaked me out. I checked with 3 other doctors and they cooled me down, however I'm still freaked out and am afraid of doing follow ups.

Dr. Demyen is a terrible doctor, he stated he was giving me temporary disability and filled out the paperwork incorrectly. Once I called to get the information corrected, I left 6 messages in three days and he never returned my call. I got a call back from office manager stating he had changed his mind to put me out on disability!!!! while I am bleeding! This office is now the worst in Morris County with an inept doctor such as this one. This is horrible! I went from Emergency room to see him immediately and he made me wait 3 weekdays and two weekend days, a total of 5 days while bleeding with no consideration or care for the patient. I now must return to the emergency room. He was also guessing at my condition and with this unethical behavior, I will file against such tactics from a doctor that hurts patients!

Dr. Demyen found a tumor in my colon and immediately made arrangements for me to see a surgeon. I am so grateful to him for his caring attitude.
