I cannot begin to say enough about Dr. DePalma and his staff.... their display of concern and care for my pain was comforting and appreciated! I’m 95 and the way they went about my care and treatment was amazing...respectful and dignity for me.

I saw NP Kelly Griffin and was treated with care, dignity, knowledge and kindness. We even went beyond the neurotomy and discussed a painful nerve issue in my right leg; after an exam she seemed to feel it is an L4 issue and told me iSpine could deal with it. I am currently under other care for that and we agreed I should try that first, then come back to iSpine if I cannot find relief. NP Griffin is excellent! Also, EVERY time I have visited this office, from Brandy to Dr Depalma himself, I have been treated professionally and with kindness. A terrific staff! Every medical office I have visited could learn from this great group of people!

My experience at this medical practice has been extremely positive. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Dr Depalma is professional and thorough. He explains everything and takes the time to answer questions. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is experiencing back and spinal pain.

Located Dr. Depalma from the internet and on the same day saw his advertisement on TV. I was impressed with his credentials from the very beginning. He spent time with me during my evaluation and answered questions of concern I had in a positive manner. During my first procedure I was put very much at ease as he would talk with me letting me know what he was about to do and most importantly, asked me how I was doing several times during it. I had a positive result of the procedure and have had two additional appointments. For about six months prior to seeing Dr. Depalma, I wasn't able to walk even a very short distance without having to sit for down. I can't thank him enough for the improvement I'm feeling already and hope to continue to. Thank you again Dr. Depalma.

I would not recommend Dr. Depalma to anyone who is in constant pain. The process at his practice takes an inordinate amount of time and perhaps no relief. No pain meds in the meantime. I was told by office staff that if I needed pain meds to get another doctor. Making appointments was at least two weeks at a time and when you are in pain, two weeks feels like a lifetime. I did not feel that anyone in the office cared about me and my health, only my copay.

Very thorough, caring and willing to listen to all my concerns and needs. They. Really do all they can to pinpoint the issue and do all necessary treatment to relieve the issue and pain.Not only have I had a great bedside manner when seeing Dr. Depalma, but Dr. Essoff as well. Love the girls in the front office as well, so attentive and friendly. A great staff!!!

Cannot get an office visit with Dr. Depalma....you have to see one of his sidekick doctors for office visit! The front office is way too aggressive for you to pay your bill even before you have ever been billed by mail!!!

Would (and Have) recommended him to friends and family.
