I’ve been a patient with Dr. Deshields for almost half of my life. It’s safe to say this man saved my life. It was through his faith, knowledge and compassion for another human beings life that sets him apart from any doctor. I can honestly say Doctor Deshields is not in this profession for money but he is truly invested in helping people repair their lives. Not every story turns out a happy ending, but he will and has done everything that he can ethically do to help anyone out, mostly at the expense of his own time and energy and all he ask back is just to adhere to the treatment plan and commit. Thank you Doc, I know this sentiment rings out from all your patients...there will never be another.

This man saved my life. He is caring and compassionate and I trust him completely. I wish he could be my primary care giver but there is only so much of him to go around and there are so many people who need his help.

Dr. DeShields is one of the best doctors I ever had the pleasure of meeting. He definatly saved my life by helping me with my addiction and I can honestly say he one of the few docs left out their that cares. The next time you are at a docs office and have a long wait just remember that the doc gets paid the same amount of money if he spends 3 minutes with you as he would if he spent an hour with you so it benefits them to see alot of patients and if you get one that runs behind but takes his time and addresses all your concerns he or she is worth the wait!!!!
