Dr. DeWolfe earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina where he was President of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and received Salutatorian honors. He completed a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Chicago Hospitals, followed by a fellowship in Microvascular Surgery specializing in head, neck, trunk, lower extremity and breast reconstruction.

6 hours ago Dr. Dewolfe is a master at his profession. An artist at his craft..Explained everything and just a nice person. I never felt nervous, uncomfortable or had any concerns. He was absolutely sympathetic during the healing process. His staff were courteous and professional. This was a great experience with amazing results. Thank you Dr. Dewolfe.

I was very impressed with Dr. DeWolfe and his staff. I've never had to wait very long. He's very personable, kind and shows much interest and concern as a doctor should. I think he's awesome !! I highly recommend him. I'm also very impressed with his assistant, Kaisha. She is always helpful, knowledgeable and on top of things. She's a real gem ! Kudos to Dr. DeVolve and his awesome staff. If it weren't bad enough that she had breast cancer, Dr, DeWolfs's surgery to reconstruct her breast after removal was horrible. Her reconstructed breast looks Frankensteinish, (as does her tummy tuck scar) and this now affects her daily with low self esteem and even lower libido. His answer? Let's operate on the other breast to make them look more similar!!! A week after her release from the hospital, we called Dr. DeWolfe to say there was a horrific smell radiated from her breast, and the drain tubes were filling with pus along with blood. His answer? "I'm on vacation in Wisconsin. Call the office and schedule an appointment for next week." I would have thought after a 14 hour complex surgery he would have had much greater urgency and suggest to go to the ER or another doctor, but no. AS soon as he saw her on that following Thursday, he said she need emergency surgery right away and scheduled it for the next morning. It turns out the smell was due to her new breast and… insides had necrosis - the flesh eas actually dying. Another surgery and 5 weeks of DAILY in home nurse visits to pull the gauze of the gaping wound, clean her INSIDES and repack the gaping wound. My wife feels like Frankenstein. I will be putting up a website showing his REAL RESULTS instead of the "perfect results" they clain are theirs that they show in the office. This doctor's results have ruined my wife's self esteem and confidence forever, as well as affecting our own intimacy. Watch for my website - coming soon.
