Dr. Diaz is great. Very smart, caring, helpful. Explains everything. Answers my questions. Known him a Long time.

My wife has had abdominal pain that they have not been able to determine the cause. She periodically passes out due to the pain. She called to speak with a nurse to ask a question about medication. A QUESTION. called and called and nurse never returned calls. She tried 4 days to get a hold of a nurse. Finally she got a hold of one at 4pm. Yves nurse said she'd call back. She never did. Today my wife got a hold of the nurse again today at 2:30 and my wife asked why there nurse didn't call back. The nurse said "it was late." Apparently too late to call back with an answer that took seconds. So she had to wait 4 days just to get a hold of someone with a question about her medicine. This office does not take care of their patients. We're going somewhere else. I tried to call to talk to someone and the phone has been busy for 10 minutes.

Scheduled an appointment 30 days in advance after being referred to Dr Diaz by my GP. I arrived and was told they did not have my records. The nurse practitioner was informed me Dr Diaz had been called out of town. I did not receive an advanced call informing me he would not be present. The entire experience was unacceptable.

Dr. Diaz is interested in me and how I feel and questions I have. He organized the procedure to reduce my cost. I am very appreciative for his help and concern.

Seen him for a colonoscopy because of SEVERE pain in my lower left abdominal area. Surgery went fine and he treated me afterwards for TWO months for a spastic colon with Bentyl to try to stop this horrible pain I was STILL having frequently. After my fiance and I practically begged him for a change in treatment, he agreed to OK a CT scan. Scan revealed a kidney stone the size of a nickel. Absolutely avoid this Doctor, he could have cared less after he got his money from the colonoscopy......Now after surgery to remove the stone by a Urologist, I'm finally pain free.

Great bedside manners. Called us personally with my husbands results. We were very impressed with Dr. Diaz and also his staff at Hendersonville office. Hope you have the same experience with him.
