I would recommend Dr Diaz for his pleasing manner and great surgical skills,I had a tummy tuck with muscle tightening and lipo so pleased with the results. He takes great care and is very Informative. All of the staff are so nice and helpful

Dr. Diaz is the best of the best. His consultations are truthful of results you can expect. no hype--- Dr. Diaz is very patience & most importantly very accurate on results delivered. As an 64 yr old I struggled with my losing belly fat & side handles. exercise alone would not do it. Dr. Diaz is a BODY EXPERT! I look & feel amazing in my clothes & could not be happier. In addition to Dr. Diaz is his staff. From his receptionist- Teresa who greets you w/dignity & respect. To Freddy his wonderful & very qualified Physician Assistant to the OR nurse, Liz who assisted during the "transition" to my wonderful new me! Absolutely no reason not to trust Dr. Diaz' on getting the qualified results you are looking for!

Dr. Diaz is, in one word...AMAZING!!!! He completed my surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago and I am nothing short of Happy. What impressed me most was his attentiveness to my needs and desires with my Breast Augmentation. I originally had Saline Breast Implants put in roughly 14 years ago in Alabama. One day, I just woke up, and one was deflated. I was freaked out! I immediately starting reviewing plastic surgeons in Melbourne and I felt (from the reviews and pictures of other surgeries Dr. Diaz had performed) comfortable that he was THE ONE! I called his office and although no one answered (it was outside of normal business hours) he leaves his personal cell phone number on the message to call him if an emergency. Well, hello, ONE boob...Emergency!!!! I called his cell phone and he answered almost immediately and we discussed my "deflated boob" and that although it was not an emergency at that very moment, I did need to come in and see him as soon as possible so he could assess my… individual situation. I met with him 9am the very next morning! He took over an hour and a half with me just answering all my questions and concerns. We made up a game plan, together, of what was necessary, a replacement surgery. Since I had previously had Saline Implants, I was very adamant that I stick with Saline Implants again. We discussed the "potential risks" and I made the decision that the benefits outweighed them. He kept asking, "Annette, do you have any more questions?" This went on and on because...well...I did! And he didn't mind one bit! AMAZING!!! Bilateral Saline Breast Implant Replacement Surgery was scheduled before I left his office. Tammy Redfern at the reception area got me all set up with my kit for pre and post-op. I had prescriptions, vitamins, scar gel, and a list of other things that were recommended. She gave me a hug and welcomed me to the family. What a phenomenal feeling. Surgery Day: Dr. Diaz comes in and marks my breasts to prep for the operation, then I meet the anesthesiologist (Christopher Thessen) who was hilarious. He says.."ok, small stick" as he is about to stick this needle inside me arm..."LIES!!!" I say. "BIG STICK!!!" I yelled at him and we laughed! Surgery goes great, my husband takes me home. Follow-up...Freddy...Dr. Diaz's nurse. He was so fun and genuine. He would answer my questions and if he couldn't, he would get them from the Doc and call me back or come back in the room. Theresa would always have a room ready for me and she was so sweet and genuine. They were all such a wonderful team and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who is considering cosmetic surgery. They are serious but fun. They care! They take their time! No question goes unanswered and no stone unturned. Please, if you need or just want cosmetic surgery, Dr. Diaz and his team are the ones to help! Thank you to the entire staff at Diaz Plastic Surgery and thank you Dr. Diaz! You are an amazing and gifted surgeon and I would trust you with any future surgeries. AMAZING!!!

Had Breast Augmentation surgery with Dr. Diaz Jan 2018. Must say he was amazing. From the beginning of consultation through all my follow ups. Even his staff the moment you walk in the door I felt at ease. My Nurse Freddie was awesome, any questions I had he was able to answer and always making me as his patient very comfortable. First time in - Toni was extremely knowledgably and answer all my questions and set me as ease. Natalie had a very gentle touch and was a totally pain free experience. In the end both women made me feel like Cinderella!

I recently had a mini tummy tuck with Dr. Diaz and would highly recommend his practice. He was very specific with what type of expectations I should have, and it turned out exactly as he said it would. He had explained everything in detail and it all went exactly as he said it would from pre-op to post-op. I have had MANY surgeries prior to this (knees, etc) and have always had issues waking up from surgery. I told the anesthesiologist this before surgery (as I do for each surgery), and this was my first problem-free wake-up. Such a refreshing change. My nurse Freddy was super friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and had a great bedside manner. Larissa and Corina at the front desk were always happy to help and made all office visits run very smoothly. I was in pretty good shape before this but just had that extra, saggy skin from having babies. The skin is gone! Every time I pull on a pair of shorts I can't help but smile. It's been 7 weeks and I couldn't be happier that… I did this.

Dr. Diaz is a wonderful plastic surgeon and I would recommend him. Two weeks ago I had a neck lift and i love the results. His staff made me feel comfortable. His nurse Freddy Valesquez, was a sweet heart.

I was seen in Dr. Diaz's office for Botox, it being my first time I was very nervous. Dr. Diaz and his staff made feel at ease. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the procedure. Natalie made the whole experience quick and painless. As for the results of the Botox, wellllll I look and feel great!! I would definitely recommend it to all friends male and female, and I will be back when its time for my touch up!!!Q
