Dr. Michael Dimattina, MD

Everyone I ever dealt with at Dominion was very professional, knowledgable, and caring. If someone did not know the answer to a question, they told me they would ask, they did, and they delivered an answer within a reasonable amount of time. Having everything in house was also a great convenience. After four FETs I had a baby. Unfortunately, I moved across the country and now I am dealing with a fertility clinic that is not very professional, not very knowledgable, and not very caring. I ask questions but get other non-applicable information in reply. Its frustrating dealing with the new clinic because nobody seems to have a clue what they are doing (not all clinics will take embryos from another clinic so my hands are tied) and it only makes me miss Dominion Fertility even more. Dr. D is the best. He is no-nonsense and tells you like it is. I appreciated that so much! He knows his stuff and he gets the intended result. If you are a competent professional and you want to deal with… other competent professionals this is the place.

He is a actor not a doctor. No bedside manners. Need to get off his high horse. He makes himself out to be great until he gets you as a patient and the he doesn't even see you or remember who you are or why you are at his office. Very rude, inconsiderate and never wrong an out anything. In four words. He is a joke

We were told by 3 other doctors that we had no chance except with donor egg. We got pregnant with our second natural cycle ivf. He can be difficult to communicate with but he gets results.

I was a patient of Dr. D's for 4 years and have 3 kids as a result of IVF then 2 frozen embie transfers. I was talking to a friend that just started her IF journey and she said she would never go to him based on what she read online. I think it's impossible to judge the quality of a physician by what you read online. Luckily, I never spent much time on IF sites prior to undergoing treatment, if I had I would never had gone through with it. Happy patients like me rarely spend time online so new patients must beware of the negative impression you get by reading some sites.

He has a quirky personality but we are very happy with the treatment we received especially since it worked. The staff was very helpful and that makes all the difference when going through such an emotional process.

Dominion Fertility helped us achieve what 3 other clinics couldn't do, become parents. The process was tough but we are so happy they gave us a chance. Thanks

I love Dr. DiMattina and DF - going back for our second baby soon! The entire office made our difficult experience so much easier.....and we have a healthy little boy 18 months old!!

Spent our entire consultation swooning over some girl named Suzie who he apparently got pregnant and she lives in Panama. He talked about her for so long we almost had to do the backward walk out of the room, it was really creepy and weird. It ended up making sense later - he discounts the husband and their opinions in the entire process. It seems like he thinks he's personally responsible for getting all these women pregnant, and it feeds his ego bigtime to make the men feel insignificant.
