From the receptionist, to the x-ray tech, the Physician's Assistant, and Dr. Diment, it was a very pleasant and professional experience. I appreciate the care and good humor. Great experience.

Dr. Diment has done both hands (carpal tunnel) and my shoulder (rotator cuff). He does a fantastic job. Early on, the wait in the lobby was more than 15 min. On my more recent visits, they are much more prompt.

This doctor did rotator cuff surgery a year and a half ago. There is a clicking in my shoulder like a muscle is catching the bone when I move my shoulder a certain way. I went back for a knee injury and asked for an MRI. He said: Who's the doctor here, me or you?, and refused to order an MRI. He did an X-ray and saw a crack in my tibia, and ordered a knee brace. A year later I am still having pain in my knee that feels like shifting broken cartilage (I have had knee surgery on both knees in the past, and I know what torn cartilage feels like). Because of his cocky condecending attitude, I will not return to him, and will be finding a new doctor.
