Go somewhere this office charges top dollar for sub-par service. Had a simple filling replaced had to go to another dentist to get it fixed.

Unbelievably BAD experience with this office. I waited ONE WEEK for a molar extraction, no pain meds, and THEN was told that the office doesn't even do extractions. They wanted thousands for a root canal and crown, above and beyond my insurance. No wonder every time I go Dinn yaps excitedly about his latest foreign ski trip.

This group is systematically weeding out patients that are on MassHealth by evoking a ridiculous 2 strike/72 hour cancellation policy. Unsympathetic and rude. Have also notified BBB.

The front desk is the first place a patient goes to in an office. They are rude and not friendly when you go there like you are bothering them to be there

Don't go here if you have state insurance I used to go and was treated very well until I lost my job switched to state insurance they the rude stuck up front desk tried to find a way to drop me as a patient using excuses that I changed an appointment 5 years ago so I am dropped from their office

Dr. Dinn's office and staff have completely changed the way I view going to the dentist. They have been very easy to work with, polite, fun to talk with, comfortable to be around and always considering my own comfort level as well. My fear of the dentist has completely disappeared. Any issue I have, they deal with it easily. I'm never in pain. They get the job done well and efficiently. And to be honest I look forward to seeing them every 6 months. I highly recommend this office.

Have been to him 3x in past month and a half. No greeting when walked in the room, no......nothing not even a "hi ", just "okay, lets go to work. " to the hygienist. Each visit only 10~15 min. Long, i need quite a bit of work done, so i thought there would be more conversation about plan of action. So i asked him a very simple question, where i was getting a filling will people be able to see the difference in color between the filling and my real tooth. He then ROLLED his eyes at me said, "no not really, it's better than the decay " I understand some ppl need to be coddled and made to feel special when going to a doctor, but i'm just looking for a pleasant doctor , i don't even feel comfortable asking Q 's anymore~ he's cocky and rude. Maybe i should send him a childs book on "manner's matter "

Dr Dinn does not do a thorough examination - spends about 30 seconds in the room when you come in for a cleaning/check-up. His dental hygenists, while very pleasant, do not do the most thorough cleanings either. Overall, not satisfied with the service.
