Dr. Michael Robert Dlugosz, MD

No one beats Dr. D. Always there when I need him. He knows medicine, he knows people. It’s amazing what he remembers. Highly recommend.

I use to think he was an excellent and thorough doctor, so much that I persuaded many family members, including my elderly parents to switch to him. I haven’t seen him personally in over three years, nor have any of my family members. A staff member called concerning an elevation in some of my blood work and had no answers to any of my questions. This is through no fault of her own. She’s not the one who should have called, Dr Dlugosz should have. This is just one of many examples as to how his care has waned in the past few years. Perhaps it’s burnout but if it’s affecting one’s health there’s a serious problem. I won’t get into the billing issues I’ve had with Highgate Medical.

Dr. Dlugosz is very thorough and explains everything. He is so kind and easy to talk to and I never feel rushed. He always asks if I have any questions. I highly recommend him! I recommended him to my grandson who is a nurse and he said he was awesome!

Good doctor. Very thorough. Cancels appointments frequently. If you call today to see him personally he’s booked for the next 6 months. Maybe he should volunteer less time and put more time into his patients.

Terrible Dr. No attention unable to address multiple issues. Orders expensive tests but has already made up his mind. Judgmental and arrogant

Love Dr. D - so thorough, so relaxed, it's often him sitting on the exam table rather than me lol. Makes me feel so comfortable and goes through every lab that he orders one by one and makes sure I understand. Never pushes medicine on me, there's always a conversation before changing a med and he always gives me the final say (which is always what he wanted to do in the first place hehe). Go to him, you won't be disappointed!

This was the first time meeting with Dr. Dulgosz & he is a wonderful Doctor, he has a fabulous personality for someone in healthcare. I would definitely recommend him, he's a great guy ð???
