Dr. Michael James Dodd, PhD

Not at all happy with Dr. Dodd. I feel like he tried to intimidate me into doing something I didn't want to do, then berated me over it. Wish I could choose no stars.

When the anxiety and OCD blew up to it's worst I was able to get Dr. Dodd on the phone to just diagnose my son, and to give us strategies until we were able to see him in the office (which was within one week). At the initial visit, my son was very anxious and would barely interact. We have seen him for about 6 weeks and my son is so much better! Dr. Dodd really helped my son understand what he was going thru and encouraged him to work with him, as well as my husband and I, to concur his fears. As Dr. Dodd is a private practitioner he does not have any amenities like a full practice may (secretary/waiting room). Once you have your 1st appointment, you appreciate how to come and go in the office. HIS main office is well kept and welcoming. Thanks to Dr. Dodd working with our son and us we are able to finally see our son as he was before this all hit!
