Dr. Michael Dmytro Dubriwny, MD

17 years with Doc. He is the most kind Doctor I’ve known. I was beat down and broken . He actually saved my life probably. He is old school and as cool as a fan. He is blunt but listens and will get you what you need, be honest and don’t try any nonsense and he’ll help you out. I trust him 100%. I guarantee you this, care and quality comes before money and I travel all over , which is a pain in my ass getting RX’s but he helps me out so much. No nonsense bs with him. I can’t say it enough. You’ll be lucky to get him as your doctor. I dread the day he retires

I think Dr. Dubrinwy is one that you either love or hate ~ he is a tad different. So am I so, who's to judge!? I happen to be one that really loved seeing him and I felt that he genuinely wanted to help me. I appreciated his very straight forward, sometimes a bit harsh honesty. I'd rather hear something that might upset me and LEARN from it then someone candy coating and being a "yes" man. We went through a lot together. The one thing that was bad was that I was "fired" as a patient due to not keeping my appointments. At that time, I needed to see him, I really WANTED to go, it was due to my illness and the things happening in my life that were exasperating my illness that I could not make myself go. So after losing my husband, along with everything else that I knew and the lifestyle I knew for many, many years, I also lost the second most important person in my life at the very worst time of my life. That one hurt, I'll have to say, So seeing that my not being able to keep… appointments (it wasn't too many either and I would have paid the missed appointment fees) was, in fact, a symptom of my illness, I don't feel that the decision to. fire me was just or fair. (I know, I know...who ever said life was fair?) He'd been my doctor for more than 6 years and I trusted him implicitly...

Dr. Dubriwny is a very attentive doctor. He was in no rush and seemed very interested in getting to know me and my condition. He is old school no frills but he knows his job and knows the questions to ask to get the information he needs.

He's the only Doctor, I will ever trust, again, with my mental illness. He "always" makes you feel at home, and never, never rushes a session. I met him 10 years ago, while in Laureate. He has saved my life, more than once. God bless him, forever. Thanks is not the word to describe, how I feel him, about his ethical, moral, and good natured. He lifts my spirits, and that is not easy to do.

I have been seeing Dr. Dubriwny for over 12 years now and I must say that he is the best in his field. I honestly don't know where I would be today if it were not for him patiently working with me to find the right combination of medication for me. He is very compassionate, caring and the most knowledgable mental health Dr that I know.
