Dr. Michael Charles Duffy, MD

Why does Dr Duffy have a 4.9 star rating on some websites and a 2- or 3-Star rating on sites like HealthGrades & RateMDs…he can only ALTER some of these sites! Not all allow cheating!

This doctor was the rudest and most disrespectful doctor I have spoken with in years. He doesn’t listen and has a disrespectful tone! I have been on a stomach acid controller for over 20 years. After my conversation with this “Dr. “I realized it was time for an alternative method of treatment. I have currently had three sessions Acupuncture & not taken one in over a week. I can drink a BOTTLE of water at one time without getting sick nauseous now where I could not even drink a sip of water without getting sick prior to Acupuncture! I had no idea there was a permanent cure but according to my acupuncturist it IS! I’ve been attending sessions at Acupuncture & Massage Center, 2565 S. Rochester Road, Rochester, MI. Grace has helped me with GREATLY With my arthritis, back pain, knee pain and my daughters inflammatory condition but had no idea I suffered from acid reflux as well. Grace is the BEST doctor I see now & is NEVER rude!

ALTERS REVIEWS It’s obvious when doctors alter their reviews. Upon checking Google reviews, Dr Duffy receives a 4.7 rating but on RateMDs, HealthGrades, etc, you will find MUCH LOWER ratings. How can they be so different??? How can so many negative and unflattering reviews be missing from Google but found on other reviews??? Google allows reviews to be altered! Please look at RateMDs, HealthGrades, etc where Dr Duffy & his staff are unable to alter HONEST and unflattering reviews of a BAD doctor! BTW: Shot rolls downhill - Office Staff stinks just as bad as the doctor!

Dr. Duffy has treated my brother in law for 11 years. His bedside manner is wonderful, caring, compassionate, and thorough. He has seen him through life-saving treatments working closely with other Beaumont doctors when issues came up outside of his specialty. Following his instructions has given my brother in law extended life and many more years to come!

Duffy at Beaumont was a stressless Experience. Great!!!

Scheduled me in within the same week, really took time to do an exam and to listen and figure out the problem. He explained my diagnosisdiagnosis very clearly.

Dr. Duffy is a consummate professional. The office staff are cordial and very well organized.

I left a previous doctor after being admitted to the hospital for a Chrons complication. Although I was not his patient he explaned everything to me and saw everyday I was in the hospital. His bedside manner and real concern for me had me change to him as my gastrointerologist. I am very happy to have found him and always know that he respects my concerns.

These woman need to get over themselves. I saw him this afternoon and nhe was highly professional. I don't even recall if he did the breast exam, if so, he is a dr. and could find something if missed. Woman need to get over it , he is a dr. and is only checking for medical reasons. Very happy with him, very smart and professional.

Dr. Duffy is completely professional. I do not believe the 2 re breast exam unless he was checking esophagus issues and I'm sure he did not fondle their breasts. He is one of the first physicians to do the Halo treatment for acid reflux and barrett's esophagus. He also did an additional 2 year fellowship in hepatology at Yale besides his Gastroenterology fellowship at U of Connecticut S of M.
