Please don’t go to him. You will be disappointed. Very dismissive and arrogant not a good doctor

Dr. Dunn was just awful. I had a concussion and kept forgetting to eat. I had already lost 5 lb in one week. He told me, "you could stand to lose a few pounds". I'm 5 ft 6 and was 150 lbs. I'm not terribly overweight. he didn't give me any instruction on how to treat my concussion. Very rude and didn't seem knowledgeable at all. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Contrary to other reviews, I found Dr. Dunn to be great. He was only a few minutes past my appointment time and was very apologetic. He was very thorough and explained everything that was going on with my arm. We carried on a casual conversation throughout the exam and he seemed very interested in me personally. My condition is one that is only going to get better with time (an injury to my arm during heart bypass surgery). Dr. Dunn prescribed medication to help alleviate the pain while I recover.

He is by far the worse dr I have ever seen. Talks over you. Is not accommodating to your your needs. Is not flexible. My last encounter with him left me feeling very frustrated and upset. A dr is supposed to help prevent or lessen any triggers of migraines. Dr. Dunn stays up to date and runs a great practice. I've seen him for a couple of years now. I'm on OCREVUS the new FDA approved treatment for my type MS(primary progressive) thahks to Dr. Dunn.

I was referred to him after going to local doctors in Watertown NY! They were a joke -- Dr. Dunn talks with you - not at you! He makes sure you understand and he is a professional in every sense of the word. I'm an old nurse and we die hard and trust very few.. he's a good man and a good doctor and he helped get rid of my ongoing headaches! I would highly recommend him!!!

i always have said it is of up most importance to find a doctor how cares about your diagnosis with finding doctor michael dunn i must gladly admit ive found better than just that.

recently my daughter began experincing seizure-like episodes. but because she was somewhat conscious during them, a particular "well known" hospital i won't mention, refused to do any testing and wrote it off as a psychogenic attack brought on by stress. they refused to listen to my concerns or run the tests needed to confirm this diagnosis, not to mention i had to be put on a cancellation list because they wouldn't fit my daughter in to see the neurologist for TWO MONTHS after her episodes!!! i was told about Dr. Dunn and immediately called for a second opinion on my daughter's condition. she had an appointment within 3 days! immediately after Dr. Dunn examined my daughter, he determined she should in fact have an MRI and an EEG to rule out a seizure or any other possible causes for the episodes. I am so unbelievably thankful that Dr. Dunn took the time to hear me and acknowledge that there may be an underlying cause for my daughter's episodes and that i am just a very concerned… mother who absolutely needed some reassurance and answers. He made me feel like my concerns were valid and that my daughter did deserve to have appropriate testing done befor a diagnosis was made. Thank you Dr. Dunn!!!!!!
