Dr. Michael Franklin Esposito, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Esposito for approximately 5 years. I have had a chronic pain condition for the past 10 years and he is the only doctor who has ever helped me. Most of my previous doctors just gave me several pain pills. None of them worked. He actually thinks of different ways to help you. He comes up with new methods for pain relief including different kinds of injections. And he really cares about helping you. He is a very good listener. Now that he has his own practice I think he will be even more successful. I would recommend him to literally everyone I know because he is such a good doctor and I appreciate all he has done for me. His staff in Vero Beach is also amazing! You really couldn’t ask for a better office. Give him a chance to prove himself because you won’t be sorry.

Dr Esposito is on the cutting edge of interventional pain treatment. He is well versed in traditional pain management techniques but also employs new and innovative treatments. I had been in pain for years and had been on all different types of medications like Morphine and Percocet, and Lyrica without much relief and side effects. Dr Esposito took the time to listen to me and explain why I was in pain and offered a variety of treatment options. Eventually I trialed a spinal cord stimulator and I was so amazed at the pain relief. I almost cried when the trialed ended. But a few weeks later I had the stimulator implanted and I have had virtually no pain ever since! This was over 2 years ago. Wonderful experience. I had been to a couple of other pain management practices and nothing worked. Dr. E didn’t waste my time trying the same treatments that didn’t work in the past. He knows the latest and greatest treatments. He recommended a new type of spinal cord stimulator called DRG. I had trials of older ones and they didn’t work so I was skeptical. I Trialed the DRG and it worked great! I have now had it implanted for over a year and I still have 90% relief! His amazing staff also deserve recognition. The nurses are wonderful and the office staff are friendly. I also like the fact that you can follow Dr E and his clinic on social media. I didn’t realize that he travels across the country speaking at conferences and teaching other doctors advanced treatments. Truly on the cutting edge!

Wonderful doctor, great staff!

He fixed the mess that the spine surgeries caused. He did an Procedure called a lysis of adhesions which helped my leg pain quite a bit. It broke up the scar tissue that formed after my surgeries. I wish someone told me about my options sooner and before undergoing repeated surgeries. He has a great team! They all care!

I've had pain for so long and have had many epidurals and ablations and even back surgery without help. Dr. Esposito made the correct diagnosis that many others couldn't. He said it was the joint below my spine called the SI joint and said after back surgery this joint can ofter cause pain. He did a quick cortisone injection with x-ray and I got 100% for 4 months. When the pain returned I went back and got another and am doing great. His staff is wonderful too!

Dr. Esposito has been wonderful. He is so smart and innovative yet down to earth. He knows all the latest treatments and can teach you in understandable terms. Before seeing Dr. Esposito I had tried meds, injections, and even had back surgery twice without getting much better. Now I’m nearly pain free 2 years after Dr. Esposito implanted a spinal cord stimulator. Seeing Dr. Esposito was the best decision I ever made. Thank you!!

Dr Esposito is a kind and intelligent doctor. He takes the time to listen, examine, and explain. He doesn’t throw a prescription at you to get you to keep in coming back month after month like most docs. He actually treated the underlying cause of my pain. I’ve only had to see him a couple of times over the years for pain flares. Each time he tunes me up and I’m able to go about living my life.
