Used to love going to this practice. But now between the unfriendly office staff and inexperienced help, I would urge recommend go I no elsewhere.

At first I was very pleased with this office staff and the doctor. Then things started changing. It became harder to get appointments that worked for me (not the office),wait time increased, (early for appointment and never seen till 45 minutes to 1 hour later than appointment time, never speak to a person unless they call you back (that can take 10 minutes to 6 hours later). Doctor was very disrespectful to a patient under 11 (the child was going through some very hard times mentally and emotionally). I chose this office and doctor because I was impressed with the personal touches real person answered the phone, prompt call backs, respect for child and parents, last but the most powerful the eagerness to learn from parent's knowledge of children's medical issues, now it is taken for granted.
