Where do I begin??? Our 17 year old daughter has had numerous vertigo attacks over the past two years. We took our daughter here three times for these attacks. The appointments always ended with an Epley maneuver. This past visit, our daughter had her worst attack. After getting home from the ER, we called to get an appointment. We waited over a week to get her on the schedule, even after I explained how sick she was. We arrived to see a physician assistant? She was very nice, but had to leave numerous times to ask Dr. Falcone what to do. They barely listened to her symptoms. Once again, it ended with a useless Epley maneuver. They ordered a MRI, scheduled for two weeks later. Upon checkout, we received the paperwork from the appointment. Her symptoms were not even noted correctly and her medications were over two years old. Our daughter woke up the next day with another vertigo attack. We returned to have Dr. Falcone spend literally five minutes with our daughter. He barely listened… to her symptoms. At this point, our daughter could not walk without assistance, she had double vision, and weakness on her right side. He entered the room, barely looked at her, and proceeded to hand her at home exercises to do..... We didn’t need these for a third time. He was ready to send her home. I became upset and told him something was clearly wrong. He said they had ordered an MRI and that’s all they could do. I explained that our daughter was so sick that she missed her final two weeks of school and her final exams. That’s a big deal for our daughter, considering she’s a straight A student in her junior year. Something needs to be done. He thought that was interesting considering, “wow, I’ve never even given out a doctors note to miss a day of school or work with a vertigo attack” in a very sarcastic matter. My daughter proceeded to get upset, with tears streaming down her face. He turned to her and stated “well, let’s see if we can move up the MRI since you are so upset.” He then said “there are other treatments available, but you aren’t that bad, so I doubt you would qualify.” Hmmmm.... he then told my VERY scared 17 year old daughter, “I wouldn’t worry about the MRI, I seriously doubt you have a tumor or Multiple sclerosis since they are very rare, and you don’t seem to have the symptoms. Don’t start giving your things away yet.” He then proceeded to chuckle. YES, he said that.... I was in shock and disgusted. They moved up the MRI and the results are that my precious 17 year old daughter has 13 lesions on her brain, and a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. The neurologist believes she’s probably had it for a couple of years and it has progressed probably to her spine. We have a second MRI tomorrow to find out. If he had only listened two years ago, we could have prevented further lesions and improved her chances of being better. They can’t reverse the damage done. If you value your health and the health of your loved ones, do not go to Dr. Falcone. He’s an arrogant jerk, who should work on a better bedside manner and go back to school and learn how to do his job better.

I saw him for sinus problems. He looked in my nose and said "Your nose is clean," which I did not like.

If you need an ENT, Dr. Falcone is your man! Compassionate, smart, and friendly. He helped put me at ease during an open biopsy which was no easy task. Highly recommend.

He was an outstanding in everything. More than excellent doctor

Today was my first meeting with Dr. Falcone...from the time I entered his office his staff was friendly, helpful and well organized. Once I met Dr. Falcone I felt like I was talking to a personal friend...his casual, friendly but professional demeanor won my trust in the first 7 seconds he was in the room...his knowledge and delivery of the best way to assess my issue was thorough and timely. He assured me that we would get to the bottom of my issue and get it fixed...in addition, his staff followed up by calling me later in the afternoon with test results. Impressed...impressived and he receives 110 points on every rating. It was sheer luck that I found Dr. Falcone as I phoned blindly to make an appointment...as they say..."the star were aligned". My highest reco goes to him and his staff.

Dr. Falcone has placed tubes in both of my children's ears. He is the move compassionate physician in the world. He ensured the necessity of the tubes through a complete evaluation process. The surgery day was wonderful both times. Dr. Falcone treated my children like they were his. He cared for them from the moment I placed them in his arms until they were through the procedure and I was able to see them. He is nothing less than the Best and my family is so thankful for him.
