He walked in and started calling my daughter a “he” and when we corrected him he said he didn’t even bother to read her chart. After his recommendation about her cast, the nurse came in to ask how it happened and then the doctor came back in gave us a lecture on trampolines and said they should be outlawed and next time she won’t be as lucky and will hurt her head and be a “not normal child” but because he literally had no other knowledge about her medical needs aside from her arm... he did not know she is autistic and her trampoline was recommended to her by her pediatrician and her occupational therapists because she was constantly hurting herself jumping off of furniture instead and running into walls. But he couldn’t even bother to read her charts; let alone ask.

Best Doctor. Our appointment was right away. Our waiting time was super quick, about 10 minutes on waiting area, and in waiting room about 2 minutes to see him. He is very knowledgable, very professional, very serious and respectful, he saw my sons xrays on friday morning and doing his surgery the following tuesday at 6 am. Successful surgery, beautiful and proffesional people, beautiful hospital, everything and everyone were awesome. We are so happy to meet Dr Fallon. Thank you very much Sir. Will definately always come back. #1 Dr.

We met Dr Fallon Friday morning, got his xrays done and scheduled him for surgery the following tuesday. He really knows what he's doing. My son's surgery was a success. Hospital was beautiful and everyone there with him were super professional and very kind beautiful people. We are so grateful with Dr Fallon and will definitely come back again always. Dr Fallon it was a pleasure to meet you. #1 Doctor

I will not see Dr. Fallon again. His condescending attitude has me baffled. He indicated that I "might not" have the ailment that he had previously diagnosed and that I should go do some therapy on my own via YouTube. If I "do it right" then I should feel better. ?????

Very poor patient care with this doctor..he didn't ask questions about the injury and did not spend the time to ask or answer my concerns

Dr. Fallon's staff at the El Paso Orthopedic Surgery Group in Lee Trevino are extremely rude and condescending. The average wait time to see him was approximately one hour. This was my first time dealing with a Workers Comp claim. His workers comp nurse assistant would make feel ignorant and would reluctantly answer some of my questions regarding my case. Dr. Fallon did not make me feel confident in his ability to treat my injury. He is not very good at explaining anything. On most of my many visits he spent an average two minutes consulting with me. Needless to say he was very unprofessional, I got the impression that I was just another paycheck to him. Eventually I was able to see a different provider, I would not recommend Dr. Fallon or his staff to my worst enemy. I had no choice this was a workers comp referral. If you are reading my review please do not waste your money on this doctor, you will regret it.

Dr. Fallon spend 5 minutes the entire time we spent at his office. The 5 minutes were divided among 4 different times he can in and out of examining room. Very unprofessional.

Very short bedside manner, very very little time spent with us and very little if none in explanation of diagnosis. Seems nonapproachable and seems to avoids contact with his patients. Review based on two separate visits first by my wife and second by me.
