Dr. Michael Salutillo Felix, MD

Dr. Felix sent me for the right tests and found out what was wrong with me. I appreciate everything he did for me. He was caring and knowledgable

This little man saw me for over ten years. I was on pain meds and stable. Suddenly, he decided I would be a blemish on his record so he ordered me off all pain meds which had given me my life back. He didn't address how I was supposed to deal with the underlying pain I still had. He was always slow to refill meds, never responded to emails, refused to return phone calls, etc. Hr just refused to do what he didn't feel like doing. He has no compassion, is lazy, has horrible bedside manner, and has to be begged to do his job.

PMR Dr Felix did not properly diagnose my injuries that have been causing me chronic pains. Because of Dr Felix I suffered for months due to his incompetence. I've reported him and prey he no longer works with pain patients!

If your looking for a good PMR, look else where, you cannot trust this Dr. I suffered life long injuries to my body and he doubted my pains. He asked questions that have no relevance to my recovery, showed no emotion or sympathy towards my daily struggles and I left me with more pains than I arrived with.

This man is not personable and should work in a lab instead of with people. I am an overweight senior citizen with hip pain which I believe he correctly diagnosed as bursitis. My question is why he asked me to do ten deep knee bends. As he saw how difficult it was he asked me to continue. I didn't need this to know I am out of shape. What was the purpose of this in his diagnosis? It was humiliating and unnecessary and today I feel the pain. Maybe he will read this and let me know the reason for this exercise.

He basically told me the same things. There is nothing I can do for you. Just deal with it. It's not my problem. This guy should not be practicing medicine. I went in to see him for my back problems and he said there is nothing I can do for you and said well I'll examine you anyway. He took nothing I said into account. He was rude and acted like seeing me was a bother to him.

This doctor does not know what he is doing. I kept complaining to him that there was something wrong with my back (from an accident) and he said it was all just muscle pains. Its been two years now and this doctor still says muscle pains, didn't want me to get an MRI, just gave me a muscle relaxant to which I have told him that it does not work. I've gone to this dr crying from pains. I finally decided to go to an MRI place (outside of Kaiser paying $2k)-finally found out that my spine is rubbing bone to bone which is why I am in so much pain. Explained to the dr so I can be seen by a specialist, after twi visits he finally agreed to send me to one. Now, I'm finally getting the care I need to be in less pain. This dr is impatient, uncaring, unknowledgeable, AND SHOULDN'T WORK IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION. He just cares about saving Kaiser money and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS...
