Summary
As a licensed therapist, I have supported a variety of people in resolving troublesome situations that have been limiting their ability to effectively meet the challenges of their daily lives. These situations may be related to their jobs, relationships with friends and family, or the negative self-talk that we impose on ourselves.
I have worked alongside families that are experiencing challenges related to having a child with a developmental disability. This included supporting the child with the disability themselves. I have also supported parents choosing divorce or who were never married through education related to developing parenting plans and visitations schedules that meet the requirements of the state of Arizona.
I have worked in partnership with people in using their strengths to develop strategies to manage their stress, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, social isolation, and trauma related events. This has been an area where success has been shown by the people that I …have supported. I strive to address people’s concerns and to support people in learning strategies that will allow them to become as independent as quickly as possible.
