Very nice office to for my family. Dentist is very nice and so is the staff. Getting an appointment was simple and treatment has been wonderful.

Botched my crown prep. Temp crown kept falling off. He is only open Monday-Thursday, so was not available to help Friday-Sunday. Ended up needing an expensive root canal on top of the crown. He then added an additional charge to the originally quoted crown price (which I was required to pay in full prior to the procedure, despite having an FSA setup that would cut him a check the very next day and a 13 year history of on-time payments.) That extra charge was not discussed with me prior to being billed for it. When permanent crown was "permanently" cemented, it fell off within 2 hours, despite following all of Fleming's directions/precautions. After being re-cemented, it has held but does not feel stable, and I still feel aching pain in that tooth, despite the root canal. It has been 5 weeks since the crown was placed. When I told the receptionist I would no longer be seeing Dr. Fleming for my dental care, she didn't act surprised at all. As if to say why would I after all of this.

He is caring but not a dilly dally kind of provider-which is good because while small talk is nice, it also means longer wait times.

Office staff was very professional and this doctor really seemed to care about me. He took extra time to make sure I understood my treatment plan. I was pleased and highly recommend him!

Cold unwelcoming front office staff. I will never go back, none of my family will.
