They where suppose to call back about changing appointment . never did . what a joke. A bunch of lazy people. been with doctor kleven for years. Guess better look for a real doctor.

His staff is a joke . Getting worse every year, Try to redo a appointment . Number one in q . twenty minutes latter. what a joke

We have seen every Dr at West Valley Urgent Care, our favorite is DR M. He’s usually at this location on Wednesday’s only which is a bummer when we have to come in on any other day. He is attentive, kind and very informative. We are very holistic when it comes to medicine. Thank you DR M for listening to our concerns and addressing them! We never feel rushed and remembers who we are. We don’t feel like a number or just another patient.

I nice enough doctor, easy to talk to, although he tends to be in a hurry. I found him to be too medically conservative. If you believe that medicine is over prescribed and that in most cases the body heals on it's own, then this is the doctor for you. If you are of the "just make it stop hurting now" school, then look elsewhere. Also, he is preachy about weight loss and diet. Also, forget about contacting him outside of an appointment. Also, forget about getting a sick note.
