This man is the most uncaring, arrogant, dismissive doctor I’ve ever known. He should NOT have a license to practice medicine. Go to another doctor.

You have to live with your pain every day not them and if the doctor refuses to even read your medical history or listen to what you have to say it's not worth going too like this place. I also like to add that the doctor there has NO understanding of what the physical body that's in pain dose to your mental state of mind. For a doctor that claims to have 30 years of experience not know that tells you how much they even care about you and your pain. In my opinion the doctor should have his medical license revoked for that very fact.

This guy is scumbag

Worst dr. Ever self proclaimed know it all ! I would not take an animal to him he has some sort of little man syndrom maybe because he is not smart enough to be a real dr

Stay Away!!! I had to wait over an hour and half, then I felt rushed, he never established a rapport or made eye contact, he never suggested non-evasive treatments i.e. PT, massage, yoga, acupuncture. Only temporary injections. Two days I had an incident and did a number on myself. When I saw him a week later, he never examined me or suggested imaging, he just proceeded with the injections. Which has only made me feel worse than before.... and to add insult to injury, no follow up calls. Stay Away. We All Deserve Better.

I saw Dr. Francis at the uptown office. he was incredibly dismissive of me and my concerns and went so far as to say that I wouldn't look like I do if I was actually in pain. I have been a hairstylist for over 30 years and have been seeing specialists for 15 years , done it all, facet injections, ablation and physical therapy. There is no "fix". I have been managing my pain so that I can continue to work, as I am a single mother. He actually told me that he didn't think I had pain but instead that my job was stressing me out. I love my business, the pain I suffer when working, may stress me out , but not the job itself. For some reason he felt it relevant to tell me that he was a Sufi in Tai Chi, soooooo? He gave me an antidepressant, despite the fact that I already take one. I have never been so incapacitated or loaded feeling in my entire life, I was frightened. Despite calling the office and leaving a couple of messages, he never called back. I have never in my life been treated so… rudely by a physician in my entire life !

Complete waste of time. Did not listen to me when I spoke. Disregarded the diagnosis and input of the Doctor that referred me. Told me I had tmj and go to Academy buy a mouthguard. I do not have tmj, I had nerve damage in my face. He did nothing to help me. He spent less than 3 minutes with me. He had his mind made up when he walked in the door.
