Doctor Franks is kind and takes the time to talk to my kids. He is always accesible. My kids are Doctor Franks' patients since 2009 and he has never disappointed us.

I appreciate that Dr Franks has always been patient in hearing all my questions and taking time to thoughtfully answer and talk them thru. My children basically see him for annual check up-Rarely are they sick. So I appreciate all the patience he has regarding my vaccine questions and other current covid concerns needing sorted out as either valid or fear based.

Our oldest has been going to the practice for 5 years and our twins for 18 months. We love the practice and doctors so much that we have stayed with them even though we moved to Westerville. Wait time is no more than any other pediatric doctors office and almost always we are waiting in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. Front office staff has been great to us. Dr. Franks has great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable and always takes the extra time to make sure we have all questions answered. They also have morning walk in hours in case for minor illnesses which is really nice.

Easily the most caring doctor our kids have ever seen. I wouldn't even consider another practice, even though we have moved across town.
