Summary
Michael Frazier, DDS, MS
As an orthodontist, I am blessed to have the opportunity to have a positive effect on my patients’ lives. I have a very simple treatment philosophy. I base every decision I make regarding my patients’ care as if they were a member of my own family.
We work with our patients during an exciting time in their lives. It is great fun to see how they grow and change during their time in treatment. Each patient's case is a unique, three-dimensional puzzle. It is never boring, and I enjoy every day in the office. It is so exciting to see the dramatic changes we create in our patients' smiles!
Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Pre-Dentistry – Kansas State University
Doctorate of Dental Surgery – University of Missouri
Master of Science in Orthodontics – University of Iowa
Prior to becoming an orthodontist, I served in the United States Air Force as a Captain in the Dental Corps practicing general dentistry. It was a great experience and gave me …a great appreciation for all areas of dentistry. I have been practicing orthodontics for 17 years and have enjoyed every single day!
When it comes to advancements in my field, I know that I need to be on the cutting-edge. Orthodontic technology is constantly changing and it is my goal to always offer my patients the best, most effective treatment methods. Teaching and lecturing to orthodontic students at Indiana University School of Dentistry is very rewarding and keeps me up-to-date on current topics in our profession.
Professional Memberships
Diplomate, American Board of Orthodontics

In the Office
Our office is a very relaxed atmosphere. Our patients are comfortable talking with our friendly and knowledgeable staff who have years of experience working with patients of all ages. We have a fantastic team of assistants! They have been with me long enough now to know what I'm going to do before I do! We love to have fun while we work hard to provide quality care to our patients. We think of them as family.
Family Life
I am a native of McPherson, KS. My wonderful wife, Beth, and I have been residents of Zionsville for 17 years. We attend the Zionsville First United Methodist Church. Our children, Ben and Annie, graduated from ZCHS and are both off to college. Our dog, Hank, and cat, Snyder, now rule our "empty nest" and keep things fun and exciting! When I have free time I enjoy playing tennis, fishing, and printmaking. I am also passionate about music and play the guitar, 5-string banjo, and mandolin.
Bet you didn't know, I was the leading scorer my senior year on our high school Kansas state basketball championship team.
