Dr. Michael Kevin Gaynor

My mother had an appointment with Dr Gaynor and she left in tears. She’s an elderly woman who made an appointment with an oral surgeon about an extraction of a tooth broken below the gum line and instead ended up with Dr Gaynor. He ended up cancelling her appointment with the surgeon because HE wanted my mother to spend over $1000 on an implant when she just wanted an extraction. Even though there are oral surgeons available in the office he was working out of, he refused to help her. He was dismissive of her concerns and questions and treated her like she was wasting his time. If you’re a doctor, bedside manner is important. It costs you absolutely nothing to be kind. She went in to her appointment so encouraged about finally getting help with her tooth and she came out to the car in tears. I can’t even begin to tell you how angry and guilty I felt for making this appointment for her only to have her treated this way. She’s a sweet, kind, gentle woman in her late 60s and all she… wanted was someone to listen and help her. Apparently that was too much to ask of Mr Gaynor. What a horrible experience!! Shame on you sir!

First root canal whole staff made me feel at ease. Answered their phones on 1st ring. Assisted with payment plans and questions. Fantastic office and service!!!!!
