Dr Gennrich saw my son for a bump behind the elbow, and after examining the X-ray, where he admitted not seeing anyting strange, he wanted us to see a specialist. He also applied a split that would normally cost you $8 and ended upcharging $106 for it. During the vist, he would not even clean the area before applying it, we had to ask him to at least do that (hygine?), in our opinion he's very careless and seems as if he just wanted to milk the visit. We paid for the visit, and he had the office manipulate the payment we made go towards the splint, so he could report us for not paying the office visit. We thought it was a total rip off. Beware of his diagnostic capabilities, this Dr is not trustworthy at all, in our opinion.

He is a wonderful doctor! He is very positive and attentive to our concerns. Every visit has been enjoyable!

He was fantastic! Both of my sons loved him!

Visit was wonderful we were very quickly attended to and the doc was amazing! He even called from his personal cell to check up on my daughter.
