Dr. Michael David Germaine

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Germaine’s for over 20 years, with a small hiatus in my early 20s. I’ve always been extremely—almost deathly—afraid of the dentist, and that break only made my fears worse as an adult. After a bad accident that caused me to lose my front tooth, my anxiety about dental work became even stronger. Dr. Germaine did an incredible job with my implant and made sure I was 100% satisfied every step of the way. He was mindful of time but never made me feel rushed. Now, you would never even know I lost a tooth—his work is absolutely beautiful. What truly stood out was the compassion and sensitivity I received from Dr. Germaine, Anna, and Melissa. They understood my fears and treated me with such patience and kindness. At times I felt like a child being cared for by a loving mother—yes, I was a big baby about it—but they never once made me feel that way. I have never felt so genuinely cared for by a dentist—or any doctor, for that matter. At this point, Dr. Germaine and… his team feel less like a dental office and more like family. Dr. Germaine, Melissa, and Anna are truly an amazing group of people. I feel incredibly blessed to have received their care. I’ve referred everyone I know to Dr. Germaine, and now my entire family—including my children—are patients as well. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about them. The only way to understand what I mean is to become a patient yourself… and once you do, you’ll likely be a patient for life. Thank you all for everything you’ve done for my family and me, and for the love and care you show every day.

Dr Germaine is very caring and meticulous. He is respectful of my time and generally runs on schedule. I love how he walks me through the process before and during my visits. He was very concerned about a possible future problem and sent me to a specialist that I am very happy with. The entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling is easy and they are flexible with changes that may pop up. I would recommend using this office to any of my friends and family.

I can’t say enough about the office staff and Dr. Germaine himself. The office staff is friendly and so accommodating and welcoming the moment you walk in the office! Dr Germaine is the most thorough dentist I have ever been to in my life and I am 54. I have been to numerous dentist in my lifetime and loyal to none until I was referred to and sat in Dr. Germaine’s chair! He is kind, compassionate, thorough and spends all the time he needs to with you explaining everything you need in Great detail and takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. He made me feel as if I was his only patient he was treating that day (which of course I was not). I wasn’t just a client with billable insurance…….I was a person and he will be the only dentist I and my family will ever see despite the 40 minute drive! He and his staff are all CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONALS who actually really do care about you as a patient and person!

Dr. Germaine is caring and though. He explains everything he does . I a so happy that he is my dentist. His Office staff are wonderful.

Dr. Germaine is a very caring and thorough dentist. He has helped me with my major dental problems thoughtfully and practically, and explains all procedures and concerns well. His office staff is lovely and helpful. I highly recommend him.

I’ve been coming to this dentist office for a long time. The office runs very well. You are always taken on time for your appointment. The staff are kind , friendly and very professional. Dr Germaine is the best ! He is very calm and reassuring when dealing with me. I am a nervous patient and he is very aware of my anxiety. He explains everything to me before he does any procedure with my teeth. All of the equipment seems modern and the office is impeccably clean. I leave there knowing I’ve had the best care and I’m In competent and caring hands.

If I could give Dr. Michael Germaine 10 stars, I would! My first appointment was for a consultation and exam, having just had some negative experiences with a number of dentists. The x-rays that Anna took were quick and easy - actually the best experience I've ever had with x-rays being taken. Dr. Germaine thoroughly explained what dental work needs to be done for me to achieve optimal oral health, showing me pictures of my x-rays, answering all of my questions and discussing the priorities. I feel so fortunate that Dr. Germaine is my dentist and am actually looking forward to my next visits with the hygienist, Melissa and the dental work that needs to be done after that. I'm thrilled to have such a trustworthy, compassionate, skilled dentist and know with Dr. Germaine's tremendous expertise, I'll have the healthiest teeth and oral situation possible. Ive been nervous of the dentist every since an incident I had as a child. Dr. Germaine has changed that for me. Plus they are very friendly and seem like a very tight nit working staff.
